Muay Thai: Basic Techniques: Participants will learn the fundamental striking techniques of Muay Thai, including punches, kicks, and defensive maneuvers.
Pad Work and Drills: Women will engage in pad work sessions with instructors or partners, fostering coordination and striking precision.
Games and Drills: Fun and engaging games and drills are integrated into the classes, making the learning process enjoyable while imparting vital martial arts principles.
Fitness and Agility: Our Muay Thai program includes exercises to boost stamina, strength, and agility, enhancing overall physical fitness.
Discipline and Respect: Instructors place a strong emphasis on discipline, respect, and teamwork, instilling valuable life skills and personal growth.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): Confidence Building: As women progress in their BJJ journey, they experience increased self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
class time
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.
Comfy workout clothes
Bring your boxing gloves, mouth guard, hand wraps, shorts, and rash guard.
snack before exercise
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.
bring water
Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.
Shower Essentials
No one wants to get sweaty after a workout so bring clothes to shower.
Bjj Gi or NO Gi
For the classes with NO Gi you must wear a proper shorts, rash guard, and bring a towel. For classes with GI bring yours.
