Our Muay Thai Kids Program: is designed to introduce children to the exciting world of Muay Thai, a martial art known for its striking techniques using fists, elbows, knees, and shins. This program provides a safe and fun environment for kids to develop physical fitness, discipline, and self-confidence.Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Kids Program: is tailored to introduce children to the art of BJJ, emphasizing ground-based self-defense techniques and grappling. This program provides a nurturing and structured environment for kids to develop physical fitness, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
What to Expect:
Muay Thai: Basic Techniques: Children will learn the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai, including punches, kicks, and basic defensive maneuvers.
Pad Drills: Kids will engage in pad work sessions with instructors or partners, helping them develop coordination and striking skills.
Games and Drills: We incorporate fun games and drills into the classes to keep kids engaged while teaching them essential martial arts principles.
Fitness and Agility: Muay Thai training for kids includes exercises that improve stamina, strength, and agility.
Discipline and Respect: Our instructors emphasize discipline, respect, and teamwork, instilling valuable life skills in young participants.
BJJ: Confidence Building: Children gain confidence as they progress in their skills and achieve goals within the program.
Fundamental Techniques: Children will learn the fundamental positions and techniques of BJJ, including escapes, sweeps, and basic submissions.

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
class time
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.
Comfy workout clothes
Bring your boxing gloves, mouth guard, hand wraps, shorts, and rash guard.
snack before exercise
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.
bring water
Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.
Shower Essentials
No one wants to get sweaty after a workout so bring clothes to shower.
Bjj Gi or NO Gi
For the classes with NO Gi you must wear a proper shorts, rash guard, and bring a towel. For classes with GI bring yours.
