Participants are required to wear comfortable workout clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt, and bring the following gear:

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
class time
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.
Comfy workout clothes
A comfortable set of workout clothes will make your workout easier.
snack before exercise
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.
bring water
Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.
Shower Essentials
No one wants to get sweaty after a workout so bring clothes to shower.
Training gears
Bring your boxing gloves, mouth guard, hand wraps, shorts, and rash guard.
